Shelter Dogs Cuddling – Help Rescue Them

Shelter Dogs Cuddling Photos Go Viral

Wagbrag receives emails on a daily basis about dogs in need of rescue. Some are lists of animals in county shelters. Other emails are about a specific animal and their unique situation.  We received an email this past week about two pit bull mixes in need of rescue. We were captivated by the photos of shelter dogs cuddling at the Fulton County Animal Shelter .  These photos are going viral.  Wagbrag spoke with Cicley Gay, Communication Director for LifeLine Animal Project (the managing arm of Fulton County Animal Services) about these dogs, “These photos have gone viral and we’re surprised they have not yet been adopted”, she said.

While some dogs clearly would be stressed in a shelter environment, these seem to be making the most of the situation.  They have embraced their situation – and each other. They came in separately so they are not from the same home although it appears they have bonded quickly.
