Most snack foods contain a high amount of salt that produces excessive thirst and urination in pets. Signs and symptoms of your pet that might have eaten too much salt include diarrhea, vomiting, tremors, depression, seizures, high body temperature and even death. Keep the snack bowl of chips and other salty snacks and foods away from your pet.
