It’s Adopt a Cat Monday!

Today we have Lana, a gorgeous two-year-old calico female feline. She appeared one day in late July at a managed feral cat colony feeding station in Jersey City near the Holland Tunnel. She was already spayed and she was just craving human attention. She was such a little sweetie, that Hudson County Animal League took her in.

She loves human attention but not too much (isn’t it always that way?). She’s loving, affectionate, and outgoing. Lana would love to snuggle with you while you’re lazing around or working on the computer. Maybe you can watch cat videos together! Lana will do well in a home with older children, and may be best in a home as the only cat. She loves the attention, so she should settle in easily with a loving family.

She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and FIV-FELV negative.

Where to Meet Lana

She is currently living with a foster family through Hudson County Animal League, an all-volunteer foster-based rescue that was founded in 1993. Call Kathleen O’Malley to meet Lana at Fussy Friends located at 148 Newark Avenue, Jersey City between 12 and 4pm on a Saturday. You can reach Kathleen at #201-895-3874
