Adopt a Cat: Mia

adopt a catadopt a catAre you looking to adopt a cat? This beautiful feline is Mia, and she’s currently at the Florida SPCA. She’s a domestic short hair with black and orange fur. She’s housetrained and spayed. She is declawed on her front paws, so must be an indoor only cat.

Her former cat parents had to move so they turned her over to the SPCA. Mia is sad but hopeful for a loving forever home with cat parents that will care for her for the rest of her life. She’s often overlooked because she’s a little older – 10 years and 5 months.

Mia loves soaking up the sun from inside, getting lots of attention (when she wants it), and just might nap on your lap. Mia is another cat that loves to chase the red dot so make sure you have a laser pointer for her! This adorable cat is ready for adoption to a home without children.

For more information on Mia go to the Florida SPCA or call them at (863) 646-7722. Adopt a cat!
