Kaffidul – Fulton County Animal Services found this handsome boy chained in a backyard. From the looks of his coat and body, it’s most likely that’s where he has spent his entire life. Isolated and alone. We know there has to be a better life for him.
He is a gentle guy that is understandably a little reserved at first. He warms up quickly and enjoys the attention given. Please give this pup a chance.
