Rising Pet Care Costs

With the cost of pet care rising, many Atlanta pet owners cannot afford basic veterinary services for their dogs or cats. To assist pet owners, LifeLine Animal Project will be holding a Healthy Pets Fulton event on April 1. They will provide FREE vaccines, spay/neuters, microchips, county registration, pet food, leashes, collars and more to Fulton County pet owners. They’ll be holding another Healthy Pets event for DeKalb County pet owners on May 6th, 2017.

“At our last Healthy Pets event in November, we provided 716 pets with free vaccinations and registrations!”,Karen Hirsch, LifeLine’s Public Relations Director, told us. She further explained that by providing these services, their goal is to keep pets with their families and out of county shelters.
